Licensed professional chauffeurs register on this page for airport transfers, hourly corporate work, financial roadshows, events and VIP movements. You do not need your own vehicle; the form asks whether you have one. The partner desk reviews each registration, then interviews and checks documents before any work is offered, and explains the engagement terms at interview.
What the work looks like
Most days start at an airport. The chauffeur is in the arrivals hall before the passenger clears customs, because dispatch has tracked the flight since take-off, and the waiting time allowed (60 minutes on international arrivals, 30 on domestic flights) means nobody is rushed. From there the work varies with the city and the season:
- Corporate days by the hour, waiting outside one meeting after another; see hourly chauffeur service.
- Financial roadshows, where a schedule of six or eight investor meetings has to run to the minute; see roadshow transportation.
- Airline crews moved between the airport and their hotel at hours most drivers sleep; see crew transportation.
- Private-jet passengers collected at the FBO, sometimes planeside where the airport allows it.
- Weddings, galas and conferences, where several chauffeurs work to one timetable set by a coordinator.
What we look for
- A full driving licence held for several years and a clean driving record.
- A chauffeur, private-hire or vehicle-for-hire licence wherever your city requires one. Examples include a private hire driver's licence from Transport for London, a driver licence from New York City's Taxi and Limousine Commission, or a vehicle-for-hire licence issued by the City of Toronto.
- Consent to a background check.
- A dark suit, a smartphone and the habit of checking a flight before anyone asks.
- Languages are a real advantage: many passengers are a long way from home.
If you own a luxury vehicle
Chauffeurs who own a sedan, SUV or Sprinter and want trip offers as a business should also read driving with us as an owner-operator, which covers the network membership and the vehicle standard: four model years or newer, or seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley, with commercial passenger insurance. This form is for chauffeurs looking for driving work, with or without a vehicle.
From registration to the first trip

- Reference email. A confirmation with your reference number arrives straight away.
- Interview and document check. Licences and the background-check consent are requested by secure link, never on this form.
- Onboarding: the service standard, airport procedures, how job sheets work and what discretion means for our passengers.
- Trips offered to match the area and availability you gave us.
The standard passengers notice
Passengers rarely remember the car; they remember the chauffeur who carried the bags, knew the quiet route and did not take a phone call during the drive. The safety and standards page sets out what every chauffeur on the network works to, from no names on signs unless requested to confidentiality agreements for clients who ask for them.
