Licensed limousine, chauffeur, transfer and coach companies register their coverage, fleet and dispatch details on this page. The application is recorded on our booking platform, powered by Onroutz; after a licence and insurance check, approved operators receive trip offers in writing from the BlaakLane.com dispatch desk. Operators who take BlaakLane.com work also hold a network membership, explained on the registration page.
This form and the "Drive with us" section
The Drive with us section explains the affiliate network in full: the standards, the documents we check, the vehicles we accept and how trips and payment work. This page does one narrower job. It puts your company's coverage on file, so that when an agency, a hotel or a corporate traveller books a city you serve, the partner desk already knows who can drive it.
If you are a single-vehicle owner-operator, the page written for you is driving with us as an owner-operator. Companies with several vehicles, employed chauffeurs or coaches are in the right place.
What the desk needs to know about your operation
- Where you work. Your base city and every city, airport, private-jet terminal, cruise terminal and rail station you cover. Be specific: "JFK, LGA, EWR and Teterboro" is far more useful than "New York area". The airports, FBOs and cruise ports on the network are listed on their own pages.
- What you run. Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters or vans and mini-coaches or coaches, which the desk maps to the nine classes on the fleet page.
- How old the fleet is. Vehicles must be no more than four model years old; Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley are accepted up to seven.
- Insurance and dispatch. Whether commercial passenger insurance is in force, and whether someone answers your dispatch line around the clock.
- Who else you work with. Other networks and agencies are no obstacle; knowing them helps the desk plan.
Licences the desk checks
Every operator must be licensed to carry passengers for hire where it works, and the desk checks the licence against the authority's own register wherever one is published. In London that means a private hire operator's licence from Transport for London; in New York City, a base licensed by the Taxi and Limousine Commission. Licence numbers can be added to the form; the certificates themselves are requested later by secure link, never on this page.
What happens after you register
The partner desk replies by email with your reference number and, if the coverage fits current demand, a request for documents. Once those are verified, the affiliate agreement and the rate card for each city you cover follow. Trip offers then reach your dispatch in writing, with the passenger, the flight or pickup details, the vehicle class and the amount you will receive, each with an acceptance window. You can decline any offer.
Industry bodies
Membership of a trade body is welcome but is not a condition of registration. In the United States many operators belong to the National Limousine Association. BlaakLane.com itself is listed with LimousineWorldwide.Directory and follows the operating principles of LimousineAssociation.International; a verified listing with either helps the desk confirm a new operator quickly.
