How to use the country pages

Each country page lists every city we serve in that country, the airports those city pages cover and the services booked most there. Start with the country when you are planning a multi-city trip, a roadshow or a delegation, because it shows at a glance which cities sit on the same booking account and which ones share an airport. For a single transfer, go straight to the city page or the airport page, where the pickup rules for each terminal are set out.

What changes from one country to the next

Driving side. The United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, Australia, South Africa, India, Singapore and many Caribbean islands drive on the left; most of the Americas, continental Europe, the Gulf and China drive on the right.
Entry rules. Visa requirements, electronic travel authorisations and customs rules differ by nationality and destination. Check them with the government of the country you are visiting, or with official advice such as GOV.UK foreign travel advice or travel.state.gov.
Local charges. Congestion and low-emission zones, airport access charges and parking rules vary by city. None of them is included in the fare; they are charged at actual cost, like gratuity.
Currency. Fares are charged in the currency shown at booking, so a traveller can compare cities on one account.
Child seats. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request, free, in most cities; local child-restraint laws differ, so give the child's age and weight when you book.
Meet and greet. Curbside pickup at the designated area is standard everywhere; a name-board meet inside the terminal is an add-on, and add-ons are only available in selected locations.
