BlaakLane.com runs four partner programmes. Travel agencies and hotels register to book chauffeured transfers for clients and guests through their own booking link and dashboard, managed on our booking platform, powered by Onroutz. Licensed limousine operators and professional chauffeurs register to drive those trips. Each programme has one online form; the partner desk reviews every registration and replies by email.
Two sides of every chauffeured trip
A transfer in Lisbon or Singapore begins well before the car arrives. Somebody chose it: an adviser building an itinerary, a travel manager setting policy, a concierge answering a guest the night before check-out. And somebody drives it: a licensed company with the right vehicle in that city, and a chauffeur who knows the arrivals hall. The partner programmes bring both sides onto the same booking record, so the person who recommended the car can see the trip and the person driving it has every detail in writing.
Choose your programme
- Travel agencies and TMCs: leisure and luxury advisers, corporate travel management companies, cruise and tour specialists and destination management companies that want the ground segment of an itinerary handled like the flight and the hotel.
- Hotels and resorts: concierge desks, front offices, guest-relations and group-sales teams arranging arrivals, departures, house-car hours and event transport.
- Licensed operators: limousine, chauffeur, transfer and coach companies registering the cities, airports and vehicle classes they cover.
- Professional chauffeurs: individual drivers, with or without a vehicle, looking for airport, corporate, roadshow and event work.
What approved partners receive
Approved agencies and hotels are set up on our booking platform, powered by Onroutz. Each receives its own booking link, to use themselves or to hand to clients and guests, and a dashboard showing the trips booked through it. Those trips carry everything any BlaakLane.com booking carries: a fare fixed before confirmation, a tracked flight, a named chauffeur and a desk that answers at 3 a.m. Commercial terms, whether commission, net rates or billing to the property, are agreed in writing with each partner at approval; none are published here, because no two partners book the same way.
Operators and chauffeurs are recorded on the same platform with their coverage, fleet and availability. Once their documents are verified, they receive trip offers in writing from the dispatch desk, as explained in how trips, dispatch and payment work.
How registration works
- Open the page for your programme and complete its form. It takes about five minutes.
- A confirmation with your reference number is emailed to you straight away; every reply from the desk quotes it.
- The partner desk checks what you sent: agency registration, property details, operating licence, fleet and insurance.
- Agencies and hotels receive their booking link and dashboard. Operators and chauffeurs are asked for documents by secure link, then onboarded.
One standard, whoever booked the trip
The passenger meets the same chauffeur standard whether the trip was booked by an agency, a hotel, a corporate travel manager or the traveller on the reservation engine. That standard is set out on the safety and standards page, and it is the reason vehicles, licences and insurance are checked before any partner drives for us. BlaakLane.com is listed with LimousineWorldwide.Directory and follows the principles of LimousineAssociation.International. Partners who also need flights and hotels for their travellers can use the travel desk, which works with BookingWorldwide.net.
