Travel agencies, travel management companies, cruise and tour specialists and destination management companies register with BlaakLane.com once. After the partner desk confirms the agency's registration, the agency receives its own booking link and dashboard on our booking platform, powered by Onroutz, and books chauffeured transfers and hourly cars for clients in 500 cities. Commercial terms are agreed in writing at approval.
Why an itinerary needs a chauffeur, not a taxi rank
An adviser can spend weeks perfecting flights, a suite and a dinner reservation, then lose the client's goodwill in the forty minutes between the aircraft door and the hotel. The taxi queue at a long-haul terminal, a ride-hail pickup zone three levels down, a driver who does not answer: that is the part of the trip clients remember and mention when they call to complain.
A BlaakLane.com transfer closes that gap. The chauffeur is named on the confirmation before the client flies. Dispatch follows the flight from take-off and times the pickup to the real landing, with 60 minutes of free waiting on international arrivals and 30 on domestic flights. The fare is fixed before the booking is confirmed, so it can sit inside a package price without a surprise on the client's card. And the Toronto reservations desk answers at any hour if a connection is missed in Doha or a cruise docks late in Barcelona.
Agencies that register
- Luxury and leisure advisers, independent or with a host agency, who want the ground segment handled to the standard of the hotel they booked.
- Travel management companies and in-house travel teams moving executives between airports, offices and roadshow meetings. Larger programmes usually also open a corporate account for profiles, cost centres and monthly invoicing.
- Cruise specialists arranging the transfer from the arrival airport to the ship and back again; see cruise lines and ports and the cruise terminals we serve.
- Destination management companies and incentive houses running arrivals for whole groups, where a coordinator plans group transportation vehicle by vehicle.
- Tour operators and destination-wedding planners who need a car that matches the occasion, from an executive sedan to a wedding limousine.
How the agency booking link works
- Register below. Tell us who you are, where your clients travel and roughly how many transfers you arrange each month.
- Registration check. The desk confirms the agency against the registration body you name before anything is issued.
- Set-up on our booking platform, powered by Onroutz. The agency receives its own booking link and a dashboard. Book on a client's behalf, or send the link to clients so the trips they book are recorded against your agency.
- The commercial model you prefer. Commission on completed trips, net rates you mark up, or a referral arrangement. The model and the payment schedule are confirmed in writing when the agency is approved.
What to give us when you book
Every detail you add saves a phone call on the day. For airport pickups, the flight number matters more than the landing time, because it is what dispatch tracks. Add the passenger's name exactly as it should appear on a name sign, a mobile number that will work abroad, the number of passengers and suitcases, and the ages of any children so the right seat is fitted. Choose the vehicle class from the fleet, and add meet and greet where it is offered. Notes for the chauffeur, such as a preferred language, a discreet pickup or a second contact, travel with the booking.
What the client pays, and what is extra
The fixed fare covers the chauffeur, the vehicle and fuel. Gratuity, parking, airport drop-off or access charges and congestion or low-emission zone charges are not built into it; they are charged at actual cost and added to the booking. Cancellations follow the published policy: free more than 72 hours before pickup, then 10 %, 50 % and finally 100 % inside 24 hours or for a no-show. The rates page shows typical planning ranges by vehicle class, which is useful when quoting a client before the exact booking is made.
Registration bodies we ask about
Consumer-protection rules for travel sellers differ by country, so the form asks which body your agency is registered with. In Ontario, businesses that sell travel to consumers must be registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, and TICO publishes the list of registered travel agents. Elsewhere, agencies commonly hold IATA accreditation, or in the United States an accreditation with the Airlines Reporting Corporation. If your agency is new and its registration is pending, choose "Not registered yet" and explain in the message box.
Flights and hotels on the same file
For clients who want the whole trip arranged in one place, the travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net on flights, hotels, resorts and packages, held on one file with the chauffeurs. Agencies that already ticket their own flights simply book the ground through their link.
