Hotels, resorts, serviced residences and conference venues register with BlaakLane.com to arrange chauffeured transport for guests without running a fleet of their own. Each approved property receives its own booking link and dashboard on our booking platform, powered by Onroutz, used by the concierge, the front office or the guest. Billing and any standing arrangements are agreed at a short set-up call.
The stay starts in the arrivals hall
A guest forms an opinion of a property long before the doorman opens the car. If the transfer the hotel recommended is late, smells of smoke or takes the long way round, that impression arrives at reception with the luggage. Properties that register here hand that first hour to a chauffeur who has tracked the flight, waits with the guest's name and drives an unbranded, late-model car, and they keep a record of every trip their team or their guests book.
This page is about joining the programme. For how the service itself works for a hotel, from name boards to room-charge billing, read the guide to hotel and concierge transportation.
Properties that register
- City-centre and airport hotels sending guests to and from the airport at every hour, including red-eye departures.
- Resorts and island properties meeting guests at the nearest international airport, private-jet terminal or ferry pier, often an hour or more away.
- Serviced and branded residences whose residents expect a car on call rather than a transfer counter.
- Conference and meeting venues that need delegates moved between airports, hotels and the venue on a timetable.
- Hotel groups and management companies registering several properties, each with its own link and its own record.
From registration to the first booking
- Register the property below, with the transport requests your team receives most often.
- Set-up call. The desk agrees who books, how charges are handled (the guest pays, the property's master account, or both) and any regular arrangements such as a house car for set hours.
- Your booking link and dashboard, set up on our booking platform, powered by Onroutz. The concierge can book from it, and the link can go into pre-arrival emails so guests book their own transfer and the trip still appears on the property's record.
- Book the way that suits the moment: through the link, by email, or by calling the desk on (877) 397-6699 at any hour.
What guests notice
Guests do not see the booking platform; they see the result. The chauffeur's name and mobile number arrive before pickup. Flights are tracked, so a delayed arrival does not become a missed car. The vehicle is chosen for the luggage, from an executive sedan for a couple to a Sprinter for a family with skis; the fleet page shows all nine classes. Child seats are fitted on request. The fixed fare is known before the ride, and extras such as parking or airport access charges are passed on at actual cost.
Arrivals beyond the airport
Hotel partners book more than airport runs. Guests sailing from a nearby terminal are met at the cruise port; guests flying privately are collected at the FBO; guests arriving by rail are met on the platform at the train station. For weddings, conferences and product launches at the property, a coordinator plans event transportation with the events team. Discreet arrivals for public figures are handled through VIP chauffeur service, with no names on signs unless the guest asks.
Hotel associations and standards
Many properties that register belong to a national hotel body such as the American Hotel & Lodging Association in the United States or the Hotel Association of Canada. Membership is not required to join; the form simply asks for the property's details, its nearest airport and the requests the team handles most.
