Which terminal will I land at in Kuwait?
KWI currently splits scheduled traffic across three passenger buildings, and a large new Terminal 2 is under construction next to the existing complex. Customs in Kuwait is strict on alcohol, which is prohibited, and on pork products and certain medications, so pack with local rules in mind.

Is there a train or metro from Kuwait airport?
No. Kuwait has no passenger rail or metro today, and a Kuwait City metro and the Gulf railway link remain plans rather than working lines. Public buses run from the airport but are slow with luggage and not timed to flights. That leaves taxis, ride-hail and pre-booked chauffeured cars. The advantage of booking ahead is that the price and the vehicle are settled before you land, and the chauffeur is already watching your flight.
