When booking, enter the hotel or tower name rather than a district, because many buildings share the same access roads and gated entrances.
Driving and local customs
Qatar drives on the right. The working week runs Sunday to Thursday, and Friday midday prayers affect city traffic. During Ramadan, which moves about 11 days earlier each year, working hours shorten and roads are busiest after sunset. Summer heat is intense, so chauffeurs pre-cool the vehicle.
