How do I book a car at Seletar?
Choose Seletar Airport as the pickup on the reservation engine or the book page, select your FBO, and enter the aircraft registration. Type the drop-off: a hotel at Marina Bay, an office in Raffles Place, a residence in Bukit Timah or a resort on Sentosa. Choose a vehicle and read the fixed fare. Electronic Road Pricing charges on the way from Seletar are not in it; they are charged at actual cost and added to the booking.

Seletar, Singapore's business aviation airport
Seletar Airport, in the north-east of the island next to the Seletar Aerospace Park, is Singapore's main airfield for business jets, while Changi concentrates on airline traffic. It has a passenger terminal and dedicated FBOs; Jet Aviation and ExecuJet both operate at Seletar. Your flight plan names the handler, and the chauffeur goes to that FBO. Seletar is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
FBO pickup and ramp access
The chauffeur waits outside the FBO entrance and the FBO team handles your bags. A car at the aircraft has to be requested at booking. We send the chauffeur's name and plate to the FBO and your aircraft operator; airside access is only possible if both approve it for that arrival. Tropical downpours can arrive in minutes, so a short covered walk to the kerb is often the better option anyway.
Immigration and the SG Arrival Card
Private passengers clear immigration and customs at Seletar. Foreign visitors must submit the SG Arrival Card before arriving, and visa rules depend on nationality; the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority publishes both. Singapore's customs rules are strict on cigarettes, e-cigarettes, which are banned, and some medicines. Normal processing fits inside the 60 minutes of waiting included from an international landing.

Singapore drives on the left. Traffic is well managed, and the main delays come at weekday rush hours on the Central and Pan-Island expressways. The Land Transport Authority runs ERP and publishes charges.
Driving across to Malaysia
The causeway at Woodlands and the Second Link at Tuas connect Singapore to Johor. Crossing by car means immigration on both sides and vehicle permits, and queues at weekends and holidays can be long. Discretion for family offices
Singapore hosts many family offices and private banks, and Seletar arrivals often go straight to a meeting. Grand Prix, airshow and busy weeks
The Singapore Grand Prix night race closes roads around Marina Bay and is usually held in late September or early October. The Singapore Airshow is held in February of even-numbered years at the Changi Exhibition Centre. Both bring a surge in private flights. The official tourism site lists events.
Waiting and cancellation
Your registration is tracked, so the chauffeur arrives for the real landing time. After an international landing, the first 60 minutes of waiting are included and later time is charged in 15-minute blocks. Hourly hire starts at three hours. Medical and wellness visits
Singapore is a regional centre for specialist medical care, and some private flights carry patients and their families to hospitals in Novena, Orchard and the Outram area. Seletar is 20 to 25 minutes from Novena. For these trips, tell us about mobility needs, wheelchairs or extra luggage in the booking notes so the right vehicle arrives; a Standard or Executive Black SUV gives more room and an easier step in and out than a sedan. Air ambulance transfers are arranged by medical providers and are outside our service, but family members travelling alongside can be booked in the usual way.
Departing from Seletar
For a departure, book the pickup at your hotel, office or residence and add the aircraft registration and the planned departure time. The chauffeur drops you at your FBO's entrance, not at Changi. From Marina Bay or Orchard Road, allow 25 to 35 minutes. Heavy afternoon rain slows the expressways, so leave a margin in the wet season, roughly November to January.
