LaGuardia's three terminals
LaGuardia was rebuilt between 2016 and 2022, and the old central terminal is gone. Today there are three buildings.

Terminal assignments change from time to time, so put the flight number in the booking and the system follows the flight record.
Where do car services pick up at LaGuardia?
Standard service is curbside at the pick-up area the airport sets aside for pre-arranged for-hire vehicles at your terminal; at some terminals that is a marked level of the adjacent parking structure rather than the arrivals curb. Once you have your bags, message the chauffeur, who sends the exact zone and car details. The chauffeur does not come into the terminal by default.

Is there customs at LaGuardia?
LaGuardia is a domestic airport in practice. Tolls and the Manhattan congestion zone
The routes into Manhattan cross the RFK Bridge or use the Queens-Midtown Tunnel, both tolled, or the free Queensboro Bridge when it is quicker. Vehicles entering Manhattan below 60th Street also pay the MTA congestion relief zone charge. That charge, and the New York State surcharge on for-hire trips into lower Manhattan, are passed on at actual cost and added to the booking, as is gratuity.
Train and bus alternatives at LaGuardia
LaGuardia has no rail link. The planned AirTrain was cancelled, so public transport means a bus: the Q70 LaGuardia Link runs to the subway at Jackson Heights and the Long Island Rail Road at Woodside, and the M60 Select Bus crosses to Harlem and the Upper West Side.
