The airport's name, and what has not changed
Palm Beach County's main airport now carries the name President Donald J. Trump International Airport, and the code DJT appears in newer references. Older itineraries, hotel confirmations and some charter paperwork still say Palm Beach International or PBI, and we treat them as the same field. Nothing about the ground trip changes: the airport sits in West Palm Beach, just west of the Intracoastal Waterway, and the FBOs are on their own side of the airfield, apart from the airline terminal. When is Palm Beach busiest for private jets?
The season runs roughly from November to April, peaking between the holidays and March, when the FBOs are at their fullest. The Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington usually runs from January into spring, polo season at the Wellington clubs falls in the same months, and the Palm Beach International Boat Show is usually held in March on the West Palm Beach waterfront.
