The airport's name
The airport formerly called Palm Beach International is now named President Donald J. Trump International Airport. Its code is still PBI, and some airline apps, older bookings and signs may still show the previous name. Whichever name you see, enter the flight number and the pickup is set correctly.
Terminal and concourses
PBI has one terminal with two concourses, B and C, joined landside. Baggage claim is on the lower level of the main terminal, and a customs facility processes the international flights the airport handles. The building is compact, so the walk from most gates to baggage claim is short.

Where is the pickup at PBI?
Standard service is curbside at the commercial ground transportation area PBI assigns to pre-arranged vehicles on the lower, arrivals level. When you have collected your bags, text or call the chauffeur, who will confirm the door and pull forward. Waiting at the curb is not permitted.

Rail links near PBI
There is no train station at the terminal. Brightline's West Palm Beach station in downtown West Palm Beach, about 10 to 15 minutes by car, runs to Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando. Palm Beach's high season runs roughly from November to April, when seasonal residents and visitors fill the island and traffic on the bridges increases. Bridges and drawbridges on the way to the island
Palm Beach island is reached by three bridges over the Lake Worth Lagoon: the Flagler Memorial Bridge, the Royal Park Bridge and the Southern Boulevard Bridge. They are drawbridges and open for boat traffic on set schedules, which can add a few minutes to a trip. The chauffeur times the crossing and chooses the bridge closest to your address. South Ocean Boulevard and North County Road are quiet residential roads with low speed limits, and many estates have private gates, so add the gate code or the name of the house manager in the trip notes.
In season, restaurants along Worth Avenue and Royal Poinciana Way get busy at dinner time, and valet lines form quickly.
