Which terminal will I land at?
Harry Reid runs two passenger terminals; the old Terminal 2 closed in 2020.

Nevada law prohibits "long-hauling", the practice of taking a passenger through the I-15 airport tunnel and back up the Strip by a slower path to raise a metered fare. A fixed fare removes the question entirely.
Is there a train from the airport?
No rail line reaches Harry Reid today. The Las Vegas Monorail runs behind the east side of the Strip but does not connect to the airport, and the RTC of Southern Nevada runs buses from both terminals. The Brightline West high-speed line to Southern California is under construction and will not serve the airport terminals directly. For most visitors the realistic choice is between a taxi queue, rideshare pickup levels and a pre-booked car.

What the fixed fare covers and how cancellation works
The fare you accept covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, the route you entered and the included waiting described above. Child seats are free on request. Planning ranges by vehicle class are published on the rates page; this page does not quote a Strip price because the fare depends on the exact address, time and class.
A cancellation made more than 72 hours before pickup is free. Within 72 hours the charge is 10%, within 48 hours 50%, and within 24 hours, or for a no-show, 100%.
Going back to the airport
For departures, most travellers leave a Strip hotel 2 to 2.5 hours before an international flight and 90 minutes to 2 hours before a domestic one; security lines at Terminal 1 can grow long on Sunday afternoons after big weekends.
