At Bozeman Yellowstone International
BZN is Montana's busiest airport, with a single terminal and one baggage claim hall. Standard pickup is curbside at the airport's designated commercial or pre-arranged pickup area outside baggage claim; the chauffeur messages the vehicle and plate when you land. A meet and greet inside the terminal with a name board is an add-on; add-ons are only available in selected locations. Gallatin Canyon: the road in
US-191 follows the Gallatin River through a narrow canyon, two lanes most of the way, with steep rock walls, bighorn sheep and elk near the road and a steady flow of commuter and delivery traffic. It is the only paved route in from Bozeman, so a crash can close it. At about mile marker 48 the turn onto Montana 64, Lone Mountain Trail, climbs roughly nine miles past Meadow Village and Town Center to Mountain Village. In winter the canyon is often snow-packed; our standard car is a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive SUV, and chauffeurs check the Montana Department of Transportation road report before departure. Driving is on the right and there are no toll roads in Montana.
Where you are staying in Big Sky
Big Sky is spread across several areas rather than one village. Meadow Village and Town Center hold restaurants, shops and many condominiums at around 6,300 feet. Mountain Village at the base of Big Sky Resort has the ski lifts, the Summit Hotel and slopeside lodging below Lone Peak, whose tram reaches 11,166 feet. Moonlight Basin on the north side is home to the One&Only Moonlight Basin, which opened in November 2025. The Montage Big Sky sits in the Spanish Peaks. Yellowstone from Big Sky
The West Entrance at West Yellowstone is under an hour south on US-191, which makes a chauffeur-driven day in the park practical in summer. Park roads from the West Entrance are closed to cars from early November until mid-to-late April; in winter only the road from the North Entrance at Gardiner to Cooke City stays open to wheeled vehicles, reached from Bozeman via Livingston and Paradise Valley. - Late June to August: Yellowstone season, fly fishing on the Gallatin and Madison, and weddings at mountain venues.

Onward travel from Big Sky
Jackson Hole is the most requested longer transfer: in winter the route runs through West Yellowstone and eastern Idaho and over Teton Pass, and in summer some travellers go through Yellowstone and Grand Teton instead.
