Trains and lines at Napoli Centrale
Napoli Centrale is the main mainline terminus for southern Italy. Trenitalia runs Frecciarossa and Frecciargento high-speed trains to Rome in a little over an hour, and on to Florence, Bologna, Milan, Venice and Turin, plus Intercity trains south to Calabria and Sicily. Italo runs high-speed trains on the Rome, Florence, Milan and Venice routes. Regional trains serve Caserta, Salerno and the rest of Campania.
Below the main hall sits Napoli Garibaldi, a separate station used by local lines and the metro, and next to it the terminus of the EAV Circumvesuviana trains to Pompeii and Sorrento. Leaving the station: entrances and pick-up areas

The Amalfi Coast and Sorrento by car
The trip most visitors book from Centrale is south to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi or Ravello. The SS163 coast road is spectacular but narrow, and in summer local rules can limit which vehicles may use it at certain times, which is one reason larger groups often split into SUVs rather than a single big vehicle. Your affiliate chauffeur knows the current restrictions. Treat a Positano drive as 1 h 30 at best and plan flights and ferries with that margin. Other intercity trips

Cancellation terms
For Napoli Centrale, the terms are simple: free cancellation until 72 hours before pickup, then 10 % up to 48 hours, 50 % up to 24 hours, and 100 % in the last 24 hours or for a no-show. A later train is a change, not a cancellation.
