The halls and entrances you need to know
The station has two surface halls and a lower concourse. Hall 1 is the historic hall under the clock tower, with lettered platforms and the Train Bleu restaurant on the upper level. Hall 2, on the Rue de Bercy side, serves the numbered platforms. Hall 3 sits below ground and links the RER and Metro. Main entrances face the Place Louis-Armand and Boulevard Diderot at the front and the Rue de Bercy along the side; the Rue de Chalon side is used mainly by buses and deliveries.
Arriving TGVs are often split between the two halls, and a long double-deck train can put the rear carriages several hundred metres from the barriers. Allow ten minutes from the platform to the street with luggage.
