How do I book a Gimpo airport transfer?

Gimpo's two terminals
Gimpo International Airport sits in Gangseo-gu on the western edge of Seoul and is run by the Korea Airports Corporation. It has two passenger buildings a short walk apart:
- Domestic terminal: the Gimpo to Jeju route, one of the busiest air corridors on earth, plus flights to Busan, Ulsan, Yeosu, Gwangju and other Korean cities.
- International terminal: short-haul "city airport" routes, mainly to Tokyo Haneda, Osaka Kansai, Taipei Songshan and Shanghai Hongqiao.
Because both buildings share one access road, a chauffeur can reposition between them in minutes if a gate or baggage belt changes. Where the chauffeur meets you
The standard service is a curbside pickup at the zone Gimpo sets aside for pre-arranged and private hire vehicles on the arrivals side of your terminal. When you have your bags, message the chauffeur, who replies with the exact door or bay number. The chauffeur does not wait inside the terminal by default.
If you would like to be met at the arrivals exit with a name board, add meet and greet when you book. Add-ons are only available in selected locations; the booking engine shows whether it can be added for Gimpo at your arrival time.
Waiting time and flight tracking
Every Gimpo pickup is flight-tracked, so an early or late Jeju shuttle moves the chauffeur's timing automatically. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of waiting from actual landing. International arrivals from Japan, Taiwan or China include 60 minutes, which covers immigration and customs at the international terminal comfortably on most days. Rail and metro links at Gimpo
Gimpo is one of the best-connected airports in Korea. The AREX airport railroad all-stop train runs to Seoul Station in roughly 20 minutes and on to Incheon Airport in the other direction. Seoul Metro Lines 5 and 9 also stop at Gimpo Airport station, as do the Gimpo Goldline light metro and the Seohae line. Rail is quick with a small bag, but transfers between lines involve long corridors, and many hotels in Gangnam still need a taxi from the nearest exit. Which vehicle should I book at Gimpo?
- Standard Sedan: one or two travellers with two cases, the usual Gimpo to Yeouido run.
- Luxury Executive Sedan: S-Class class for executives heading to board meetings in Jongno or Gangnam.
- Executive First Class Sedan (Maybach): VIP arrivals and delegations where presentation matters.

The shuttle routes to Haneda and Kansai make Gimpo a favourite for same-day Seoul to Tokyo or Osaka trips. Local driving notes
Korea drives on the right. Cars in Seoul move with the city's congestion rather than against it: allow extra time on weekday evenings and on Sunday afternoons when Jeju weekenders return. Visitors can read entry rules and city guides on the Korea Tourism Organization site before travelling.

More than 72 hours before pickup, cancellation is free. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10 %, at 48 hours or less 50 %, and at 24 hours or less, or for a no-show, 100 %.
