Mactan-Cebu International Airport: which terminal?
CEB is on Mactan Island in Lapu-Lapu City, run by the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority with a private operator. It has two terminals side by side with no airside link:
- Terminal 1: domestic flights.
- Terminal 2: international flights, plus a few selected domestic services. Opened in 2018, it is the building with the timber arched roof.

Three crossings link Mactan to the mainland: the old Mactan-Mandaue Bridge, the Marcelo Fernan Bridge and the tolled Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX), which opened in 2022 and drops traffic near the South Road Properties. The south of Cebu Island is a popular day out: Moalboal for snorkelling is about 2.5 to 3.5 hours by road and Oslob about 3 to 4 hours, so start early.
