Brussels Airport at Zaventem is the main gateway. Antwerp's centre runs from Centraal station along the Meir shopping street to the Groenplaats, the cathedral and the Grote Markt. Het Eilandje to the north has the MAS museum and converted docks; Het Zuid has galleries, the museum of fine arts and restaurants; Zurenborg is known for its Belle Époque streets. Driving in Antwerp: LEZ, ring road and tunnels

Entry rules
Belgium is a Schengen country. The Entry/Exit System has been fully operational since April 2026, so non-EU short-stay visitors register fingerprints and a photo at the first Schengen border. ETIAS is not yet operating as of September 2026; check the official EU travel site.
