What is it like to drive in Hanoi?

Vietnam's electronic visa is open to every nationality, allows stays of up to 90 days with single or multiple entry, and is applied for only through the official Vietnam e-visa portal. Citizens of a published list of countries, among them the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and South Korea, can visit without a visa for up to 45 days.
