Delhi airport runs: which terminal and where pickup is
Gurugram has no airport of its own; it is served by Indira Gandhi International (DEL), on its northern edge. Terminal 3 handles international flights and some domestic ones, including Air India's; Terminal 1 handles IndiGo, Akasa and SpiceJet domestic flights; Terminal 2 carries a share of domestic traffic. The chauffeur waits at the terminal's designated pickup area for pre-booked cars, usually in the forecourt car park opposite the arrivals exit, and messages the car number and bay when you land. A name-board meet and greet at the arrivals exit is an add-on; add-ons are only available in selected locations.
Every flight is tracked. Included waiting is 60 minutes from landing on international arrivals, 30 minutes on domestic flights and 15 minutes on other pickups, then 15-minute blocks. Long-haul arrivals often land between midnight and 5:00, which is also the easiest time to cross into Gurugram. Terminal 1 is further east, so add 10 to 15 minutes from there. The fixed fare does not change if NH 48 is jammed.
Cyber City, Golf Course Road and the other business districts

Tolls, border crossings and the Dwarka Expressway
India drives on the left. NH 48 is the spine of Gurugram and the Kherki Daula toll plaza sits on it south of the city towards Manesar; payments are by FASTag. The Dwarka Expressway gives a faster route from the airport to the new sectors and avoids part of the NH 48 crawl. Traffic crossing between Delhi and Haryana is heaviest from 8:30 to 11:00 and 17:30 to 21:00. Heavy rain in July and August floods underpasses and some stretches of NH 48, and the chauffeur reroutes when it does.
Winter air quality and GRAP restrictions
From roughly October to January, air quality across the National Capital Region can reach severe levels, and authorities apply the Graded Response Action Plan. Under the stricter stages, older BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel cars are barred from roads in Delhi and the NCR districts, including Gurugram, and construction stops. Metro and rail
The Delhi Metro Yellow Line ends at Millennium City Centre Gurugram, the Rapid Metro loops through Cyber City and Sector 55-56, and the Airport Express Line runs from New Delhi station past the airport to Yashobhoomi. Long-distance trains leave from New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin stations in central Delhi, about 60 to 90 minutes away; chauffeurs meet passengers at the station forecourts. Arriving in India
Most foreign visitors need a visa, and many nationalities apply online for an e-Visa at Indian Visa Online; Delhi is a designated e-Visa entry airport. Foreign nationals and OCI cardholders complete the digital e-Arrival Card within 72 hours before landing. Queues at Terminal 3 immigration can be long at peak times, which is why international waiting starts at the actual landing.
