Valencia Airport (VLC) at Manises
VLC is about 9 km west of the city at Manises. Arrivals use the main terminal building, and standard pickup is curbside at the designated pre-arranged pickup area outside arrivals, where the chauffeur meets you with the car. A name-board meet and greet in the arrivals hall is an add-on; add-ons are only available in selected locations. The drive to the centre takes 15 to 25 minutes, to the City of Arts and Sciences or the Marina about 20 to 30. Metro lines 3 and 5 also serve the terminal. Airport notices are published by Aena. Port of Valencia: cruises and ferries
Valencia is one of the largest ports in the Mediterranean, and its passenger side is separate from the container docks. Cruise ships berth at the cruise terminal on the port's inner quays, a short drive from the Marina and the beaches of Las Arenas and La Malvarrosa. Ferries to Ibiza, Palma and Menorca use the ferry terminal nearby. Tell us the ship or sailing, and the chauffeur meets you at the designated transport area rather than at the ship. Many cruise guests book a half day covering the old town, the City of Arts and Sciences and a paella lunch at El Palmar in the Albufera. The port authority publishes cruise schedules. Joaquin Sorolla and Estacio del Nord
High-speed trains from Madrid arrive at Valencia Joaquin Sorolla, south of the centre, in about 1 hour 50 minutes to 2 hours. Some long-distance and most regional trains use the Estacio del Nord, the modernista station beside the bullring. The chauffeur meets you at the designated pick-up area of the station you name. Valencia's low-emission zone
The city's low-emission zone (ZBE) covers most of Valencia inside the ring roads. Since 1 December 2025, vehicles without a DGT environmental label that are registered outside Valencia province have been subject to fines, with the restriction set to widen to more vehicles in later phases from 2027. The city publishes the calendar on its mobility site. The ZBE is about vehicle access; for you as a passenger, nothing changes in how you book, and the chauffeur drives to your door or the nearest permitted point. Parts of Ciutat Vella also have restricted-access streets for residents and authorised vehicles.

Districts, hotels and congress venues
Ciutat Vella holds the cathedral, the Lonja silk exchange and the Central Market. South of it, Ruzafa has the restaurants and the Eixample the smart shopping streets. The Turia Gardens, a park laid in the old riverbed, curve through the city to the City of Arts and Sciences. By the sea, the Hotel Las Arenas faces the beach and the Marina, which was rebuilt for the America's Cup in 2007. The Westin Valencia and the Caro Hotel are city-centre options. Business events use Feria Valencia, the trade fair grounds towards the airport, and the Palau de Congressos north of the Turia, both suited to corporate car service and account billing through corporate accounts.
Fallas, MotoGP and the marathon
Las Fallas, 15 to 19 March, is the defining event: giant monuments on street corners, the daily mascleta firecracker show in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento from 1 March, and the burning on the night of the 19th. Many central streets close and hotel prices rise, so book the car when you book the room. The Valencia MotoGP round at Cheste is usually in November, and the Valencia Marathon usually in early December. La Tomatina in Bunol, about 40 km inland, is held on the last Wednesday of August. Arriving from outside Schengen in 2026
Travellers flying into VLC from the UK, Morocco or other non-Schengen countries now pass through the EU Entry/Exit System, running since 12 October 2025 and fully since April 2026. On the first entry, non-EU visitors give fingerprints and a facial image, so the queue can be slower. ETIAS is not yet in force; the EU removed its late-2026 start date and will announce the launch months ahead.

Sedans for couples and business travellers, executive SUVs for families and luggage, Standard Black SUVs and Sprinter Vans for groups, and minicoaches or motorcoaches for delegations. Cancellation: free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show.
