Driving notes for Kingston
Traffic drives on the right and the city runs on Eastern time. There are no tolls on the Kingston to Ottawa or Toronto routes unless the trip uses Highway 407 near Toronto, which is billed electronically. The LaSalle Causeway and the Waaban Crossing are the two links to the east side of the Cataraqui River; the causeway's lift bridge has had long closures, so the chauffeur plans around current conditions.
