Ski season at Blue Mountain
The ski season usually runs from December to late March or early April, and Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest ski area, with the pedestrian Village at Blue at its base. Local driving realities
Traffic drives on the right and the area runs on Eastern time. Highway 400 north of Toronto is the main pinch point in both directions on Friday and Sunday afternoons. Highway 407, if the route uses it, is tolled electronically with no booths. In spring, deer are common on the concession roads at dusk.
