Getting there from Toronto Pearson
The route from Pearson follows Highway 427 to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW), around the western end of Lake Ontario over the Burlington Skyway, and through St. Catharines to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Standard pickup is at the designated commercial pickup area of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. Flights are tracked, and waiting is included from the actual landing: 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic flights. Guests arriving by train at Toronto Union Station can be met there for the drive south.
Buffalo Niagara and the border crossing
Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is often closer in time than Pearson, especially from the US. The drive is about 55 to 65 km and takes 50 to 75 minutes, including the crossing at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge a few kilometres from the Old Town. Every passenger needs a passport or other accepted travel document, and the bridge charges a toll. Border waits vary from a few minutes to over an hour on summer weekends. QEW traffic through Burlington and Hamilton is the main variable on the way from Toronto, particularly on Friday afternoons and summer Sunday evenings. Your booked fare does not move.

Niagara-on-the-Lake has dozens of wineries across four sub-appellations: Niagara River, Niagara Lakeshore, Four Mile Creek and St. David's Bench. Most tasting rooms are 5 to 15 minutes apart along Niagara Stone Road, the Niagara Parkway, Lakeshore Road and York Road. Well-known estates include Peller Estates, Inniskillin, Jackson-Triggs, Trius, Stratus, Château des Charmes, Two Sisters and Southbrook. A comfortable day covers three to five tastings with lunch, so a five- to seven-hour hourly booking is typical.

- Reserve tastings directly with the wineries, especially on weekends from June to October.
- Bottles travel in the trunk or cargo area between stops.
- Add dinner in the Old Town or a return to Toronto at the end of the day.

The Old Town, hotels and the Shaw Festival
The Old Town centres on Queen Street, with its shops, clock tower and restored 19th-century buildings. The Prince of Wales Hotel, the Pillar and Post, Queen's Landing and the Charles Hotel are the landmark addresses, and many guests stay in inns and bed and breakfasts on the side streets. The Shaw Festival's season usually runs from April to December across the Festival Theatre on Queen's Parade, the Royal George Theatre on Queen Street and the Jackie Maxwell Studio Theatre. After an evening performance the streets fill quickly, so the chauffeur waits at an agreed spot on a side street and messages when you walk out. Wine festivals and seasons by month
- January: the Niagara Icewine Festival, usually on weekends through the month, with events in the Old Town and at wineries.
- April to December: the Shaw Festival season.
- Summer: the busiest touring months, with weddings at wineries and estate venues most weekends.
- September: the Niagara Wine Festival around the harvest, with events across the region.
- October: harvest continues and fall colours line the Niagara Parkway.

Weddings in wine country
Vineyard and estate venues host many weddings from May to October. We provide cars for the couple, SUVs and vans for family, and Sprinters or minicoaches to shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue. Choosing a vehicle
A business or Luxury Executive Sedan for two people, an executive SUV for up to four with luggage or wine, a Standard Black SUV or Sprinter Van for a group tour, and minicoaches for larger parties. Driving realities in Niagara
Driving is on the right. The QEW and the Burlington Skyway are toll-free; the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge charges a toll, and Highway 407 ETR is tolled if a trip from Pearson uses it. Speeds on the Niagara Parkway are low and it is shared with cyclists in summer, which is why it is slower than the QEW. There is no train station in Niagara-on-the-Lake; GO Transit and VIA Rail stop in St. Catharines and Niagara Falls. See also Niagara Falls and Toronto.
Cancellation policy
Cancelling more than 72 hours before pickup is free. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%. Tracked flights that land late are never treated as a no-show.
